§ Colonel LANE FOXThe duties of the medical inspector will be to advise the present inspectorate on the health problems of the mining and quarrying industries, to assist in applying the health Regulations effectively and in improving them, and to ensure that, so far as practicable, the results of medical research are applied to mines and quarries.
