§ 71. Lieut.-Colonel HOWARD-BURY
asked the Secretary of State for War whether he will encourage the use of fresh milk, or condensed milk of British origin, in preference to the large amount of foreign condensed milk now used in the Army?
§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the WAR OFFICE (Commodore Douglas King)
So far as War Office contracts are concerned, preference is given to condensed milk of home manufacture, and for some time past no condensed milk of foreign origin has been purchased.
