The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for INDIA (Earl Wi,nterton)So far as I am aware, Mr. Bose was not produced in person before the Judges who examined his case, nor was the evidence against him submitted to him in detail for examination, and I regret if anything I may have said should have misled the hon. Member on these points.
