Ordered, That the Proceedings on the Consolidated Fund (Appropriation) Bill and on the Motion for the Adjournment of the House be not interrupted this day at Four or half-past Four of the clock, and may be entered upon at any hour although opposed, and that Mr. Speaker do not adjourn the House until he shall have reported the Royal Assent to Acts which have been agreed upon by both Houses."—[Mr. Churchill.]
