Mr. CHURCHILL

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland will act when necessary for the Secretary of State for War during his absence, and the Under Secretary of State for War, the Earl of Onslow, who is Vice-President of the Army Council, will preside at meetings of the Army Council.
