Mr. WATSONDo I understand from that answer that there is no intention of opening this dockyard as a destroyer base?
§ Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAMThere is no intention whatever of doing anything more than we have already expressed our intention of doing. There is no change in the policy of keeping Rosyth on a care and maintenance basis.
