Mr. THOMSON

I am afraid it is impossible for my right hon. Friend to make any estimate of this hypothetical question.

Major COLFOX

Are there any means of estimating whether land is fully employed or not?

Mr. LUNN

Will the hon. and learned Gentleman ask the Minister of Agriculture whether it is possible to utilise the land better than it is being utilised to-day for the production of food?
