CHAMBERLAINSuggestions for an agreement on this subject between His Majesty's Government and the 2121 Abyssinian Government were communicated by His Majesty's representative in Addis Ababa to Ras Taffari in May of this year. The latter has not, as yet, acquainted Mr. Bentinck with the views of the Abyssinian Government on these suggestions.
