§ The SOLICITOR-GENERAL for SCOTLANDThe building of a new boat of the kind contemplated would, I understand, take nearly a year. Pending the result of the negotiations to which I have referred in an earlier reply it is not possible to make a definite statement as to when a new boat will be available for the service. I understand however that plans and specifications are being drawn up.
