§ Lord E. PERCYI am afraid I could not make a statement on this subject within the limits of an answer to a question. The Government's attitude towards these recommendations was explained in another place on 9th March, and a statement on one point was made in this House by the Parliamentary Secretary of the Board on 24th March.
