BROWNasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether temporary messengers employed in the Divisional Office, Ministry of Labour, Cardiff, are entitled to an annual issue of uniform, as in the case of all other Departments; and, if so, the reason for the non-issue of such uniform to these temporary messengers?
