§ The SECRETARY of STATE for DOMINION AFFAIRS (Mr. Amery)Yes, Sir, I have seen a copy of the Union of South Africa Natives Land Act, 1913, Amendment. Bill, 1927. The Measure relates solely to the Union of South Africa, and the policy to be adopted is a matter for the Government and Parliament of that Dominion. In the circumstances, the hon. Member will appreciate that the course which he suggests in the last part of his question would not be appropriate.
