Mr. SAMUELThat is so. I have not got the figures which my hon. Friend requires, but if he will wait until publication of Vol. II of the Annual Statement in the autumn, he will find the information he is now seeking.
§ Mr. WILLIAMSMay I ask why an important document like this does not contain information laser than 1983, when it is rendered out-of-date owing to the changes which took place in 1925.
