§ 28. Mr. R. YOUNGasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he is aware that disappointment is felt by farmers at the delay in publishing the proposals of the Government regarding long term credit referred to in the White Paper on agricultural policy issued last year; and whether he can say when the scheme will be made known?
Mr. GUINNESSI would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave on the 14th February to a similar question put to me by the right hon. Gentleman the Member for North Norfolk (Mr. Buxton), to which I have nothing to add.
