§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERNo publication has been issued by the Committee on Industry and Trade since their "Survey of Industrial Relations." A further volume entitled "Factors in Industrial and Commercial Efficiency" has now, however, been prepared by the Committee, and is expected to appear to-morrow.
