asked the Minister of Agriculture whether any applications for marking agricultural produce under the Merchandise Marks Act have yet been received; arid, if so, what products have been applied for?

An application in respect of the marking of eggs has been received from the National Poultry Council, and is now under consideration.

Mr. GUINNESS

The Committee has now been appointed, and the members are as follow:

  • Mr. Edward A. Mitchell Innes, K.C., C.B.E. (Chairman).
  • Mr. George W. Currie.
  • Sir Basil Mayhew, K.B.E., F.C.A.
