Mr. SAMUELI can add nothing to the answer given to the hon. Member on this subject on 31st March, 1925. The reduction proposed would involve a material increase in the considerable loss which already falls on public funds in connection with this publication. In present circumstances, therefore, the proposal cannot be accepted.
