asked the Minister of Transport whether, in introducing any future legislation dealing with the Metropolitan and home counties traffic problem, he proposes to make provision for the total or partial abolition of tramcars on the highways?

Has not the right hon. and gallant Gentleman seen the statement made by the Commissioner of Police in which he stated that every time he saw those trams delaying traffic his blood boiled, and—
