§ Mr. HERBERT WILLIAMSI should like to raise a protest again against the continued preparation and printing of these documents. I raised a protest this time last year, and was told that the cost was only £60 or £70, and that it is desired to continue these Returns on the grounds of historic interest. Frankly, I do not think that anybody makes any use of these Returns, and, while £60 or £70 is not a large sum of money, it would be fitting that the House of Com
