§ 52. Sir MERVYN MANNINGHAM-BULLERasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he will consider organising lectures in agricultural centres on the use and application of electricity to farming?
Mr. GUINNESSI am not satisfied that the time is yet ripe for the measures suggested, but I will consider the question again when I have received the Report of the Conference recently convened by the Electricity Commissioners to consider the whole question of rural electrification.
