§ The MINISTER of HEALTH (Mr. Chamberlain)The information in the possession of my Department shows that 24 local authorities have accepted responsibility for bringing the income of blind unemployable men and women up to some fixed amount. In many other areas provision has been made for this class of the blind by arrangement between the authorities and voluntary agencies concerned.
§ Colonel DAYCould the right hon. Gentleman take steps to recommend the other local authorities to carry out the same principle?
