§ 30. Mr. LAMBasked the Minister of Agriculture if he will publish a statement giving the statutory requirements, so far as they are administered by his Department, governing the production and manufacture of milk in this country, including the requirements in respect to 969 wages paid by dairy farmers, in parallel columns with the corresponding statutory obligations existing in all countries from which condensed skimmed milk is imported into Great Britain, showing in each case the measures taken to enforce such statutory requirements?
Mr. GUINNESSThe statutory requirements governing the production and manufacture of milk in this country are administered by the Minister of Health, and I observe that my hon. Friend has addressed a question for answer tomorrow on the subject to my right hon. Friend. As regards the wages regulations in other countries, I am not in a position to supply this information, but I will have inquiries made.
