Major OWENasked the Minister of Labour whether any representations have been made to the Ministry direct, or through the local authority, about irregularities in connection with the representation on the rota committee of Llandudno; whether he is aware that the workers' representatives on the rota are not called regularly to the meetings and that occasions have arisen on which no workers' representatives have been present; and whether, with a view to securing co-operation between all parties concerned, he will take such action as will ensure that the rota committee will be drawn upon in such a way as to secure an all round representation of the various interests concerned?
