asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the sum of £9,808,590, out of the receipts from Dominions and Dependencies, which has been paid to the National Debt Commissioners for cancelling debt is included in the amounts set aside for debt redemption in the Budgets of the various years; and how much of this amount has accrued in the two years ending 31st March, 1927?
