§ 7. "That in lieu of the Customs duties now chargeable on tobacco imported into Great Britain or Northern Ireland there shall on and after the twelfth day of April, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, be charged the following duties, that is to say:—
§ Upon tobacco unmanufactured, namely:—
§ Containing 10 lbs. or more of moisture in every 100 lbs. weight thereof—

| Other manufactured tobacco the pound | 11 | 2½ |
| Snuff containing more than 13 lbs. of moisture in every 100 lbs. Weight thereof the pound | 10 | 7 |
| Snuff not containing more than 13 lbs. of moisture in every 100 lbs. weight thereof the pound | 12 | 10 |
§ And it is declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution shall have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1913."
