HC Deb 14 April 1927 vol 205 c528
4. Mr. CECIL WILSON

asked the Home Secretary whether he can make any announcement regarding the Public Places (Order) Bill?

Captain KING

As my right hon. Friend has stated, he has decided to appoint a Departmental Committee to consider the difficult questions raised by this Bill, and he is now in process of forming the Committee.

Sir J. NALL

Is it intended to take up the question of disorderly public meetings?

Captain KING

A Committee will be set up to decide these difficult questions.
