§ Viscount WOLMERThe answer to both questions is in the affirmative. As I informed the hon. Member for the Central Division of Southwark (Colonel Day) on the 8th March, the matter is not yet out of the experimental stage.
§ Sir H. BRITTAINWill the Noble Lord be very careful about encouraging what may prove to be a very tiresome invention?
§ Viscount WOLMERThe Post Office is bound to accept all inventions which may be for the service of the community, whether they are tiresome or not.
