asked the Prime Minister whether he will give facilities for the Second Reading of the House of Commons Attendance Bill?

§ Mr. CHURCHILL
No, Sir. My right hon. Friend can hold out no prospect of facilities for this Bill.

Mr. BECKETT
Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that there is a very 180 strong feeling in the Bosworth Division in regard to this?

§ Mr. CHURCHILL
No, I am not.

Would not the House of Commons be a much better place if some hon. Members were absent?
