Resolved,
That, for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to make provision, among other matters, for amending the law relating to the National Debt, it is expedient to authorise, as respects the current financial year, the issue out of the Consolidated Fund in respect of the New Sinking Fund (1923) of the sum of fifteen million pounds in addition to the sum now authorised to be so issued in that respect."
