asked the President of the Board of Trade what tonnage of coal was exported from this country in the months of January, February and March, 1927, and the corresponding months of the years 1914, 1924, and 1925, together with the values of such exports?

Following are the particulars:

The total quantities and Declared Values of Coal produced in the United Kingdom and exported in each of the months specified, excluding Coal shipped for use in steamers engaged in the foreign trade and in fishing vessels, were as follow:
