§ Sir A. CHAMBERLAINYes, Sir. My information is that the Bill is not likely to reach a crucial stage for some time. His Majesty's Minister at Helsingfors has already been in communication with the Finnish Government on the subject, and I shall, of course, press for fair treatment for the British interests involved should they appear to be endangered.
