Mr. GUINNESSEstimates of the quantity of butter made on farms in England and Wales in 1925 will be found in "The Agricultural Output of England and Wales" (Cmd. 2815) recently published by my Department. As similar estimates for Scotland and Northern Ireland and figures of the industrial production of butter in the United Kingdom are not yet available, I regret that I am unable to furnish the desired information.
