§ The PRIME MINISTERI am not prepared at present to promise another day for the discussion of Anglo-Russian relations. His Majesty's Government are watching the situation closely. If and when they feel it necessary to take fresh action the House will be informed and an opportunity of discussing their action will be afforded if desired.
