The following Instruction stood upon the Order Paper in the name of MAJOR OWEN: That it be an Instruction to the Committee on the Landlord and Tenant (No. 2) Bill to include within the provisions of the Bill private dwelling-houses.

Mr. SPEAKER

The Instruction standing on the Paper is not in Order. A mandatory Instruction cannot be given to a Standing Committee.

The remaining Orders were read, arid postponed.

Whereupon Mr. SPEAKER adjourned the House, without Question put, pursuant to Standing Order No. 3.
