§ Viscount WOLMERThe cable ship is at present on her way to repair the Castlebay cable, and it is anticipated that telegraphic communication will be restored, if weather conditions are favourable, within the next few days. The cost of providing a wireless telegraph service at Castlebay—even of a temporary nature—is heavy and is not justified by the small amount of traffic.
