HC Deb 22 November 1926 vol 200 c10
17. Sir F. WISE

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether it is proposed to make any reduction in the price charged for Udi coal other than to Colonial Governments?

Mr. AMERY

I have not received any information on this subject. The price of coal can always be arranged between the consumer and the Colonial Government, and the possibility of reduction must depend upon the cost of output and the demand.
