Brigadier-General CHARTER'S (for Mr. WARDLAW-MILNE)asked the Under-secretary of State for India whether the family pension scheme for all-Indian services has now been considered by the Government of India; whether any decision has been arrived at; whether details can now be given of this scheme; and if an opportunity will be available for the service organisations concerned to comment on the proposals before they are finally decided upon?
