Captain D'ARCY HALLasked the Minister of Health whether the attention of his Department has been called to infringements of 13 and 14 Victoria, Cap. 101, Section 6, prohibiting the appointment of relieving officers to parochial and township office; and, if so, what action he has taken in such cases?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINI have not received information of any such infringements as are mentioned in this question, but if my hon. Friend has any cases in mind and will forward me particulars I will make inquiries.
