RICHARDSON(for Mr. WHITELEY) asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether it is the intention of the Government to introduce an Equal Franchise Bill next year, and, if not, what it is proposed to do in regard to the calling of a conference to deal with this subject, as promised by the Prime Minister in 1925?
