§ Mr. AMERYThe answer to the first part of my hon. Friend's question is in the affirmative. At the end of September, 6,210 lineal feet of the main breakwater, out of a total of 7,631, and 2,420 lineal feet of the lee breakwater, out of a total of 4,749, had been constructed.
