Following is the answer:

his attention has been called to the recent sittings of the Land Court at Aberdeen, where five out of the eight cases before the Court were applications for resumption of small holdings; and whether, in view of the increasing number of cases of this kind coining before the Land Court, he is prepared to introduce corrective legislation this Session'?

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part of the question, I am not prepared to give any undertaking to introduce legislation on the lines suggested.
