§ The MINISTER of TRANSPORT (Colonel Ashley)I have been asked to reply to this question. Commercial goods vehicles and hackney carriages are not taxed according to horse power, and the information for which the hon. Member asks is not available. I am, however, sending him a copy of the latest return, which shows the total number of licences current at the 28th of February last.
