§ Sir J. GILMOURThe recommendations referred to are receiving my consideration, but the reply which I gave to the hon. and gallant Member on the 16th March with regard to recommendations 8 and 9 of the Committee applies to recommendations 5 and 6 also.
§ Sir A. SINCLAIRCan the right hon. Gentleman give us any idea when he will be able to come to a decision on any of the outstanding recommendations, because it is now three years since the Report of this Committee was issued?
§ Sir J. GILMOURI am investigating the matter as rapidly as I can, but honestly it is not an easy thing to come to a definite decision.
