§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSAs I promised, I have placed this matter fully before my colleagues in His Majesty's Government., and we have decided to await the Report of Lord Southborough's Committee, which is now sitting on a branch of the licensing law, namely, disinterested management, and if it be necessary after consideration of such Report, the Government will direct a full inquiry into the whole of the questions raised before me by the various deputations.
