"That, in the case of the Mynyddislwyn Urban District Council Bill, Petition for additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to insert their additional Provision on condition that the approval of the Bedwellty Council and of the electors of the Bedwellty urban district under the Borough Funds Act is obtained: That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with.
