§ 58. Mr. BRIANTasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury if, in consideration of the fact that there is a large number of women typists employed in Government Departments who have served on an average at least five years, he will arrange, as in the case of shorthand typists, a special qualifying examination without an upper age limit so as to give them a similar opportunity of obtaining permanent positions?
§ Mr. McNEILLI would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave on the 15th March to the hon. Member for Stratford (Mr. Groves).
