§ Mr. McNEILLAs regards Italy, I would refer the hon. Member to Article 5 of the Italian War Debt Agreement (Command Paper 2580), under which the Italian accounts with the Wheat Executive have been finally closed. So far as France is concerned, it has not yet been possible to close the accounts.
