§ The MINISTER of HEALTH (Mr. Neville Chamberlain)I have made myself acquainted with the recommendations of the Royal Commission on National Health Insurance, but I have not yet been able to give them the detailed consideration which they require and I am not, 583 therefore, at present in a position to make any statement as to the introduction of legislation to give effect to all or any of the recommendations.
