§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERThe standard of accommodation for seamen on board ship is gradually but continuously raised, partly by individual action, partly by official Regulations. I am sending the hon. Member a copy of the latest revision of the official Regulations, which came in force in October, 1923, and he 215 will notice that more is required of the new ship than of the existing ship.
