The financial arrangements are still under discussion, but it is not intended that Army Funds shall bear any expense for food, accommodation or transport of the band during the period of the tour. The answer to the last part of the question is in the affirmative, subject, in the case of unofficial engagements, to certain conditions as regards the rates arid duration of allowances.
